About the role
- Finance Executive managing accounts receivables across SEA for LUXASIA, a luxury beauty omnichannel brand-builder. Responsible for financial reporting and ad hoc financial tasks in the finance department.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the accounts receivables across the region (SEA)
- Review outstanding of accounts receivables and address billing issues, payment discrepancy, dispute...etc
- Work with Commercial Brand team and Share Service Team to clear all the discrepancies on timely basis
- Download platform reports on weekly or monthly basis
- Support on ad hoc task as required
- Prepare monthly group reporting pack
- Prepare Brand reconciliation and highlight any discrepancies
- Prepare all the necessary reports and schedule for audit and tax submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Working experience in Accounts Receivables is highly desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage
- Good command of English Language both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proactive, good interpersonal skills, attention to details, meticulous and problem-solving skills
