About the role
- Senior DevOps Engineer managing DevOps processes and tooling for customer-facing platforms at Luminor. Building CI/CD pipelines and providing production support with a focus on mentoring and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Own DevOps processes and tooling for customer-facing platforms
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, etc.
- Provide production support, lead incidents, and perform root cause analysis
- Mentor a junior DevOps engineer and collaborate with Cloud Platform and other stakeholders on standards and best practices
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with strong CI/CD, automation, and cloud operations skills
- Solid problem-solving abilities in production environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Terragrunt)
- IaaS practitioner
- Ability to work independently according to internal governance standards
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, due to Pan-Baltic communications
- Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Connect, Kubernetes, and observability tooling
- Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, Salesforce
