Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AI/ML models to optimize business operations and detect financial crime risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases in operational workflows and compliance processes
Build scalable AI pipelines and APIs for integration into enterprise systems
Apply machine learning techniques to automate fraud detection, anomaly detection, and risk scoring
Monitor and evaluate model performance using KPIs and business impact metrics
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ethical AI standards
Document models, processes, and decision logic for transparency and auditability
Stay current with AI advancements, especially in the domains of financial crime prevention and operational efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
experience with fraud detection, AML systems, or financial risk modeling.
Knowledge of EU data protection regulations and ethical AI standards
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
