About the role

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models to optimize business operations and detect financial crime risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases in operational workflows and compliance processes
  • Build scalable AI pipelines and APIs for integration into enterprise systems
  • Apply machine learning techniques to automate fraud detection, anomaly detection, and risk scoring
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance using KPIs and business impact metrics
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ethical AI standards
  • Document models, processes, and decision logic for transparency and auditability
  • Stay current with AI advancements, especially in the domains of financial crime prevention and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • experience with fraud detection, AML systems, or financial risk modeling.
  • Knowledge of EU data protection regulations and ethical AI standards
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
