About the role

AI Engineer - Consultant developing and integrating AI solutions for clients. Working in a hybrid model to support their journey towards data-driven processes.

Responsibilities

As an AI Engineer - Consultant you help our clients apply artificial intelligence in a practical and impactful way.
You develop intelligent solutions, advise on implementation, and ensure AI is integrated smoothly into existing processes.
You support clients on their journey to AI-assisted and data-driven processes and develop solutions that create real business value.
You design AI solutions and integrate software into clients’ complex system landscapes—both on-premises and in the cloud.
In workshops and meetings you identify opportunities for AI, structure requirements, and ensure the business value for the client remains the main focus.
You prepare and analyze data and seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
You support clients with adoption, change management, and governance, and guide them through the successful rollout of new solutions.
Internally, you actively contribute to the development of consulting concepts, delivery models, proofs of concept, and pilot projects.

You have proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
You have experience in software development and in deploying software solutions (on-premises and in the cloud).
Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects characterize you and bring you satisfaction.
You can communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably—both internally and to clients.
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, ideally with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
Enthusiasm for new technologies and the motivation to actively shape AI projects complete your profile.
Very good German and good English language skills.
You are willing to travel (approx. 20%).
