Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Rent Arrears Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our fast growing Credit Control department based in Worthing.
- As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for timely collection of rent on behalf of our clients & fees across your portfolio.
- Proactively contact landlords regarding arrears at scheduled intervals via telephone and email.
- Respond to incoming calls and resolve queries efficiently, ensuring all issues are managed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise with landlords regarding tenancies that are due to receive Section 8 notices as required.
- Manage and resolve tickets raised through the ticketing system within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain and monitor credit control email inboxes to ensure timely responses and follow-up.

- Desirable: Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Control Experience
- Professional finance qualification (AAT) preferred but not essential
- Property related experience
