About the role

  • Manage bookkeeping for managed properties focusing on WEG accounting at LPE Immobilien Management. Collaborate with technical property managers ensuring seamless integration of commercial and technical management.

Responsibilities

  • You take full responsibility for accounting for our managed properties, with a focus on WEG (condominium owners' association) administration.
  • You review and code incoming and outgoing invoices (accounts receivable/accounts payable), post transactions and manage the dunning process — including deadline monitoring and, where necessary, coordination with collection agencies.
  • You manage and monitor all payment flows (planned vs. actual reconciliation) and support the liquidity planning for individual properties.
  • You independently prepare annual statements for condominium owners' associations and service charge/utility cost statements for rental portfolios — digitally, clearly and in a structured manner.
  • You work closely with our technical property managers, advise them on accounting questions and ensure smooth interaction between commercial and technical management.
  • You are the point of contact for accounting-related queries from owners and advisory boards — competent, solution-oriented and friendly, while communicating with confidence.
  • You prepare data for tax analyses and external service providers (e.g., tax advisors or auditors).
  • You help further digitize and standardize our accounting processes — together with a team that is continuously committed to progress and innovation.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent business/finance qualification.
  • Relevant experience in the accounting function of a property management company.
  • Strong software affinity: you learn new tools quickly, think digitally and work in a structured way — experience with Impower is expressly desired.
  • You are comfortable in digital work environments and ideally have prior experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Impower or HubSpot.
  • You have strong numerical skills and an accounting mindset.
  • You work independently, precisely and conscientiously — even under pressure you keep an overview.
  • You live a service-oriented approach and manage relationships: whether customers, colleagues or external partners — you remain friendly, professional and communicate clearly.

Benefits

  • Incentive-based, performance-related compensation package — significant upside potential.
  • Flexible working arrangements with the option to work from the office or remotely as needed.
  • A workload that keeps you engaged while still allowing you to achieve your goals.
  • We prioritize a socially considerate work environment that emphasizes structure and team spirit.
  • State-of-the-art equipment: you will work with premium hardware and cloud-based tools — efficient, fast and paperless.
  • A genuine feedback culture where you receive constructive feedback that helps you improve.
  • E-mobility included: use our internal e-car sharing for appointments or private errands.
  • Autonomy & impact: you will be trusted with responsibility and decision-making authority and have the chance to help shape our company. We plan to hire many more employees in the coming years, giving you opportunities to grow with the company and advance your career.
