About the role

Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the preparation of group-wide sustainability reporting and to targeted internal and external communication
- Support the development of a group-wide legal register for the systematic recording and assessment of regulatory requirements
- Assist in updating and further developing the group-wide CO2e balance
- Participate in establishing central data management and ensuring high data quality
- Support the strategic integration and governance of sustainability within the organization and in collaboration with external partners
- Assist in designing and delivering trainings and workshops on sustainability and compliance
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program or comparable qualification in environmental, legal, or economic sciences, or a natural science or engineering discipline
- Some practical experience, ideally in sustainability or dealing with sustainability-related regulation (e.g., CSRD), is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Structured, reliable working style and a strong commitment to quality
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2/C1)
