About the role

  • Account Manager managing client relationships across Omni-Channel and E-Commerce sectors. Engaging in strategic planning and team leadership while working with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • You manage our clients at the site comprehensively — across all hierarchical levels.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for the client service team on complex client requests and provide disciplinary leadership of the team.
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities, derive actions and develop strategic account plans.
  • Independently manage strategic client requests, coordinate implementation and ensure a smooth process across all upstream and downstream activities.
  • Prepare business reports and conduct regular client visits.
  • Strengthen the existing sales structure in close collaboration with service units and business partners.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration/economics — ideally with a focus on Sales, E‑Commerce and/or Logistics — or a comparable qualification.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in account or project management.
  • Initial practical experience in disciplinary team leadership and personnel management.
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to quickly get up to speed on complex topics.
  • Confident communication in German (at least C1) and English (B2).
