About the role
- Supply Chain Executive managing order processing within SAP for Love, Bonito’s retail and trade partner deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Input order into SAP for retail deliveries (replenishments & new arrivals), ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Coordinating with warehouse, commercial and retail teams to ensure appropriate planning of delivery to store, enabling high efficiency for inbounding.

- Input order into SAP for sponsorship orders, working closely with Marketing team, ensuring timely and accurate processing

- You will be expected to do some covering for team members within the Omnichannel Operations team when members are on leave. You will be able to learn more about other aspects of our function!
Requirements
- Diploma in Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Business or a related field preferred and interest in backend e-commerce operations.
- No past experience needed, but of course experience in Supply Chain operations would be a plus
- Ability to speak Chinese will be a bonus as you might need to liaise with suppliers in Chinese
- Good knowledge on manipulating and analysing data on Excel or Google Sheets.
