About the role

  • Senior Project Manager overseeing logistics operations, client relations, and project implementations in a hybrid environment for a leading logistics service provider.

Responsibilities

  • Managing existing and new customers on logistics matters and handling communications in German and English
  • Implementing new customer onboardings and change requests both operationally and in the system, in cooperation with relevant departments
  • Designing and executing projects to improve productivity and processes
  • Further development of standards and information systems
  • Drafting logistics contracts and conducting negotiations with customers
  • Acting as an interface between branch management and specialist departments to coordinate various site projects
  • Preparing and analyzing statistics, creating presentations, and facilitating workshops

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or engineering with a focus on logistics
  • Relevant professional experience in logistics and project management
  • Good command of German and English
  • Results-oriented and independent working style
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is an advantage
  • High level of commitment
  • Strong communication skills, goal-oriented thinking, and an independent working approach
