Responsibilities
Oversee the entire product development process from ideation through post-launch
Act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, customer experience, IT, construction, design, procurement and building performance teams
Manage, coach and develop the team
Foster alignment across teams around a shared product vision
Oversee R&D, experimentation and enhancement of existing products
Ensure adherence to quality standards, financial performance targets and customer requirements
Analyze the full product lifecycle
Structure and lead user and market research
Leverage customer, financial and operational data to inform product decisions
Monitor product performance metrics
Maintain continuous competitive, commercial and strategic intelligence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is an asset
10 years of relevant experience in product management, innovation or strategy
Significant experience in real estate or in developing complex products
Experience managing a product portfolio and product lifecycle
