About the role

Responsibilities
- Work as a Mid-level Systems Analyst on the Technology team, ensuring proper use of systems at the Distribution Center and Factory, supporting users, configurations and operational adjustments.
- Monitor, analyze and resolve internal and external tickets related to WMS and TMS, ensuring quality service and process compliance.
- Track and review integration flows between SAP and satellite systems (WMS/TMS), propose improvements and help reduce failures.
- Execute tests, validate system changes, monitor vendors and ensure solution stability.
- Participate in projects, rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives alongside IT, Supply Chain, Operations and Production areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Logistics, IT or related fields).
- Experience with logistics system operations: receiving, warehousing, shipping, inventory, transportation.
- Previous experience with WMS (Senior, Manhattan, Protheus, etc.).
- Experience with SAP (MM/SD) is a plus.
- Knowledge of systems integration (APIs, messaging, interfaces).
