About the role

Responsibilities
- Monitor external tests conducted by clinical research partners, performing all activities related to test execution and ensuring strict compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Lead the development of test plans to validate claims for cosmetic products and oversee the execution of those plans.
- Analyze results obtained from research and studies, extracting insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Lead discussions to develop new methodologies for demonstrating benefits of cosmetic products, ensuring continuous innovation and scientific validity.
- Conduct clinical tests in the internal laboratory to evaluate preliminary perception of prototypes, ensuring speed and accuracy in development.
- Ensure performance studies are completed within the deadlines established in the project schedule.
- Produce detailed technical reports that support product launch decisions and marketing strategies.
- Manage the budget dedicated to performance studies.
- Audit clinical research institutes to ensure compliance with established protocols, applicable regulations and ethical standards; identify possible deviations and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure the scientific validity of results.
- Collect cosmetovigilance data together with the consumer care department, support appropriate case handling and report to the international team for causal-nexus analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related fields.
- Experience working with cosmetics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English is a plus.
