- Project profitability analysis: evaluation of margins, costs and return on investment to support management decision-making.
- Business partner to departments: act as a strategic partner to business areas, providing financial insights, planning support and tracking of KPIs.
- Management reporting: preparation of dashboards and presentations for the executive team, with a focus on clarity and decision-making.
- Continuous improvement: participation in initiatives to optimize financial processes and implement best practices.
Requirements
- Prior experience in financial planning.
- Experience in accounting/financial close and variance analysis (actual vs. budget).
- Experience in medium or large companies, preferably in dynamic, multi-project environments.
- Experience as a business partner, supporting operational and strategic areas.
