About the role
- Senior Accountant overseeing financial statements, tax preparations, and internal audits for the finance team at L'OCCITANE in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Du erstellst eigenständig Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS, inklusive Cashflow-Statements
- Auch die Prüfung und Erstellung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen erledigst Du eigenständig
- Verantwortlich überblickst Du die Anlagenbuchhaltung, mit der generellen Erfassung sowie Überblick über Abschreibungen, Zuschreibungen, Inventuren
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater bereitest Du Steuererklärungen vor und übernimmst federführend Abstimmungen hierzu
- Regelmäßig führst Du Kontenabstimmungen zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität durch
- Du erstellst Finanzanalysen und Reports für das Management und die internationale Gruppe und wirkst aktiv bei internen und externen Audits mit
- Du unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft, u. a. bei Intercompany-Abstimmungen sowie Gehaltsbuchungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting/Steuern, Bilanzbuchhalter:in, Steuerfachangestellte:r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, in der Steuerberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS sowie im Haupt- und Nebenbuch und der Anlagenbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Präzision und Sorgfalt
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und ein souveräner Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse brauchst Du zwingend für einen flüssigen Arbeitsalltag.
