- Responsible for monitoring and supporting the execution of expansion projects across the country;
- Work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure delivery of the structure and the opening of each unit within the planned schedule;
- Direct on-site involvement in construction works according to the expansion plan, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with the required standards;
- Identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction based on lessons learned from completed projects;
- Support ad-hoc adaptation requests involving structural elements, expediting deliveries and maintaining consistency across units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
- Experience in project management, preferably in construction/expansion projects;
- Availability to travel;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
