Requirements
- Conhecimento de linguagens de programação, em especial C# .net core, ferramentas e práticas de engenharia de software;
- Capacidade de compreender e propor arquiteturas de software robustas e escaláveis;
- Habilidade para resolver problemas complexos e realizar análises técnicas detalhadas;
- Manter-se atualizado com as tendências tecnológicas e inovações técnicas;
- Conhecimento em observabilidade, principalmente datadog (ou similares: new relic, splunk, etc…)
- Alta capacidade de gestão de pessoas;
- Conhecimento avançado do contexto ágil, avaliando métricas e melhorando-as;
- Grande capacidade de comunicação e gestão de stakeholders;
