Responsibilities
Attend to customers in Spanish, providing personalized, high-quality service
Provide detailed information about vehicle rentals, services offered, timelines and company policies, ensuring all customer questions are fully answered
Guide customers in the use of systems, apps and digital platforms, facilitating the user experience and promoting self-sufficiency
Resolve inquiries on first contact whenever possible, demonstrating proactivity and efficiency in problem-solving
Investigate cases that require access to internal systems, interdepartmental validations or document analysis, ensuring an accurate and complete resolution
Perform financial adjustments, reprocessings and regularizations, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of transactions
Forward and follow up on requests with other company departments, ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and effectively
Support field teams, branches and partners involved in the international operation, promoting collaboration and information sharing
Ensure customers clearly understand next steps, when applicable, providing transparent and effective communication.
Requirements
Proven fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
High school diploma (college studies in progress preferred)
Previous experience in customer service or related areas
Clear, empathetic and resolution-oriented communication skills
Critical thinking and organizational skills.
