Requirements
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage senior stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of architecture principles and modern technologies, with a solid understanding of both traditional on-premise and cloud-native technologies.
- Proven application-level architecture and engineering experience, focused on Cloud Native solutions with modern development languages.
- A desire to maintain, balance and deepen your technical and engineering skills alongside your architectural capabilities.
- Awareness of emerging tech like Gen AI and Quantum, with the ability to assess business impact and architectural implications.
- A track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in complex environments
- Experience in large, regulated organisations (financial services preferred)
