Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of the risk and control framework for digital assets, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal policies.

Requirements
- Deep understanding of digital asset products and services, including tokenisation, stablecoins, custody, CBDCs, and Distributed Ledger technologies
- Ability to assess wider risks and controls around digital assets, including technology, supplier, fraud, AML, and automated controls.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing digital assets.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Experience with control tooling, automation, and data analytics for risk and control monitoring.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
