- Proven track record of using out‑of‑the‑box GenAI services (e.g., Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI) to design prompts, configure guardrails, and orchestrate workflows that reduce manual effort and unlock faster insights
- Prompt engineering and orchestration: design robust prompts, templates, and guardrails; implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and tool‑use patterns for high‑accuracy outputs.
- LLM lifecycle configuration: adapt and evaluate foundation models, manage registries, versions, and rollbacks.
- Good understanding of data governance, metadata management, and reporting automation.
- Ability to integrate Generative AI into enterprise-scale data workflows and optimise processes for efficiency.
- Skilled in defining AI strategies, prioritising use cases, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience coaching teams and fostering AI fluency across business and technical communities.
