About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and conduct interviews with stakeholders across departments to understand current workflows, tools, and challenges

- Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas where AI could be beneficial

- Learn to evaluate data sources, quality, and accessibility across the organization
- Work with data owners to understand how data is structured and stored
- Document data requirements and potential gaps for AI use cases
- Support efforts to ensure data is properly organized and prepared for AI applications
- Help develop best practices for making organizational data "AI-ready"
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Communications, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Experience involving data analysis is a plus
- Internship or project experience in business operations, technology, or related areas is beneficial but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and build positive relationships quickly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
