About the role

  • Artificial Intelligence Manager managing development and deployment of AI solutions for Group Corporate Affairs. Leading projects, collaborating across teams, and driving AI adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the automation journey for GCA, focusing on the practical implementation of agents, agentic AI, and PowerApps to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Build and test solutions : Use your technical skills and curiosity to develop, build, test, and refine AI tools, especially in platforms like Co Pilot Studio and Power Automate.
  • Partner across squads, teams, and Centres of Excellence, working with Platform, Engineering, Operations, and Communications colleagues to deliver AI-enabled solutions that meet real business needs.
  • Drive adoption and embedding : Support teams to integrate AI into daily workflows, providing hands-on guidance, solve problems, and coaching to build AI confidence.
  • Governance and agent management : Ensure all AI deployments follow governance frameworks, ethical standards, and data privacy requirements.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of AI agents, including monitoring, performance, and retirement.
  • Continuous improvement : Gather user insights and operational data to drive continued optimisation of AI solutions. Share best-in-class guidelines and findings with the wider team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering technology, automation, or AI projects in a complex organisation.
  • Bring specialist technical expertise in agentic AI and automation, delivering solutions that address capability gaps within GCA
  • Hands-on technical skills, with the ability (or curiosity and drive) to build and prototype solutions in platforms like Copilot Studio, PowerApps, or similar.
  • Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering to time, cost, and quality.
  • Confident facilitator and trainer, able to build capability and engagement across diverse teams.
  • Strong collaborator and communication skills.
  • Analytical and solutions-focused, comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Experience in communications, HR, or business transformation is desirable.
