Responsibilities
Deliver the automation journey for GCA, focusing on the practical implementation of agents, agentic AI, and PowerApps to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Build and test solutions : Use your technical skills and curiosity to develop, build, test, and refine AI tools, especially in platforms like Co Pilot Studio and Power Automate.
Partner across squads, teams, and Centres of Excellence, working with Platform, Engineering, Operations, and Communications colleagues to deliver AI-enabled solutions that meet real business needs.
Drive adoption and embedding : Support teams to integrate AI into daily workflows, providing hands-on guidance, solve problems, and coaching to build AI confidence.
Governance and agent management : Ensure all AI deployments follow governance frameworks, ethical standards, and data privacy requirements.
Oversee the lifecycle of AI agents, including monitoring, performance, and retirement.
Continuous improvement : Gather user insights and operational data to drive continued optimisation of AI solutions. Share best-in-class guidelines and findings with the wider team.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience delivering technology, automation, or AI projects in a complex organisation.
Bring specialist technical expertise in agentic AI and automation, delivering solutions that address capability gaps within GCA
Hands-on technical skills, with the ability (or curiosity and drive) to build and prototype solutions in platforms like Copilot Studio, PowerApps, or similar.
Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering to time, cost, and quality.
Confident facilitator and trainer, able to build capability and engagement across diverse teams.
Strong collaborator and communication skills.
Analytical and solutions-focused, comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Experience in communications, HR, or business transformation is desirable.
