About the role

Agentic AI / ML Architect guiding the adoption of AI solutions across telecom OSS environments. Collaborate with business, engineering, and operations to transform network operations through agentic AI.

Responsibilities

Define agentic AI architecture blueprints for OSS automation and network operations
Design end-to-end closed-loop automation architectures, from telemetry ingestion to autonomous action
Lead the architectural design of LLM- and ML-driven OSS solutions (assurance, fulfillment, optimization)
Define agent responsibilities, boundaries, autonomy levels, and interaction models (single vs. multi-agent)
Architect RAG-based knowledge systems using operational data, runbooks, policies, and standards
Design safe execution frameworks including policy enforcement, approvals, guardrails, and rollback mechanisms
Define integration patterns with OSS, NMS/EMS, ITSM, and network controllers
Advise on event-driven, streaming, and real-time architectures for large-scale OSS environments
Establish evaluation, observability, and governance models for agent behavior and automation outcomes
Support use-case prioritization and business case development for AI-driven OSS initiatives
Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
Guide engineering teams on implementation best practices without owning day-to-day coding

6–10 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, OSS architecture , or telecom automation consulting
Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, including: LLM-based reasoning and planning
Tool-using agents and action orchestration
Multi-agent coordination patterns
Solid experience designing AI/ML systems (even if not hands-on daily coding)
Deep knowledge of telecom OSS domains, including: Fault, Performance, Configuration, and Service Management (FCAPS)
Network and service assurance
Closed-loop and intent-based automation
Experience with OSS integration patterns and TM Forum Open APIs
Strong understanding of data and telemetry architectures (KPIs, alarms, logs, topology)
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AI/ML platforms
Ability to translate business and operational goals into technical architectures
Strong communication and presentation skills for client-facing and executive audiences
