About the role

  • Client Import Analyst supporting customs process management and day-to-day client engagement. Enhancing service delivery and compliance activities across North American operations in customs brokerage.

Responsibilities

  • Support air/sea team as primary contact for client service teams
  • Facilitate release and entry summary completion
  • Manage client and customs process compliance activities
  • Maintain client tariff database and update information as necessary
  • Create customs entries and ensure accurate shipment information
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in performance measurement reporting

Requirements

  • 4 years of related experience
  • Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle large volumes and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation or working towards it
