About the role
- Financial Analyst in charge of strategic financial and administrative guidance at LIV. Focus on financial dashboards, cost analysis, and improving budgetary processes.
Responsibilities
- Updating and monitoring financial and travel dashboards;
- Analyzing and controlling travel-related costs, using tools such as Onfly, Caju, and Uber;
- Supporting the preparation and review of the company's budgets;
- Assisting in tracking departmental KPIs, identifying cost-saving opportunities and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and budget control;
- Performing administrative and financial processes;
- Monitoring and analyzing Actual vs. Budget for the area, helping identify variances and improvement opportunities;
- Overseeing payment and reimbursement processes, ensuring organization and proper handling of requests;
- Managing and updating control spreadsheets and reports to support decision-making;
- Collaborating with different teams to foster an integrated and collaborative work environment;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Previous experience in administrative and financial routines;
- Advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with data and BI tools (e.g., Power BI);
- Analytical, organized, and strong problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and good time management;
- Must reside in Rio de Janeiro
