Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation of narratives and content for engagement initiatives and campaigns;
Support production of the internal newsletter, ensuring brand consistency, clarity and a customer-focused experience;
Write, edit and adapt copy for email marketing, WhatsApp and other communication pieces (digital and print);
Assist in building and executing communication flows, including segmentation, flow structuring, send configuration and basic performance monitoring;
Operate and organize community channels on WhatsApp;
Support the operation of online events, manage related communications and provide support during broadcasts;
Monitor interactions and assist in tracking engagement KPIs;
Support management by organizing records, spreadsheets, schedules and reports;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure an integrated, agile and collaborative workflow.
Requirements
Degree completed or in progress in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related fields;
Excellent writing and editing skills;
Curious, organized mindset and enthusiasm for new technologies and AI tools applied to marketing;
Familiarity with content production, social media and basic knowledge of email marketing;
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Basic understanding of performance metrics (such as open rate, click-through rate and engagement);
Preferred: knowledge of customer journey, content marketing, script and narrative creation, and Excel.
