Responsibilities
You assist with coordinating our in-house talent
You support the search for new collaboration partners
You will learn how to handle enquiries and prepare proposals during the course of your work
You will learn about price negotiations and market rates, and you will receive initial opportunities to demonstrate your negotiation skills
You will learn about contract structures in this industry and common pitfalls, and begin reviewing initial contracts
You support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talent and help to implement them
You act as an interface between talent and our partners, schedule engagements and ensure their well‑being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and prospective formats and shows
Requirements
At least internship/working‑student experience and/or vocational training in influencer marketing or online marketing (e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency)
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident handling of common social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
