Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talent
You support the search for new cooperation partners, prepare proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as in price negotiations with vendors and service partners
Together with the talents, you develop concepts and content formats and support them in implementation
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their engagements, and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new talent for existing and future formats and productions
Together we help them work with a future-oriented mindset and create new opportunities beyond their role as artists
Requirements
At least 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and strong spoken and written English skills
