About the role
- Content Creator developing engaging and dynamic content for Lionflence's brands and social media channels. Collaborating with the team on creative projects related to media and influencer marketing.
Responsibilities
- As a Content Creator, you will work in our cross-functional Lionflence team
- Taking into account relevant KPIs and current marketing topics, you will create, maintain, and develop content for our brands and social media channels
- You will produce and develop dynamic creative assets (audio/video/image) for promotional videos, product marketing videos, advertisements, events, and other company-wide projects
- You will continuously identify opportunities across various channels
- You will develop ideas and concepts for content formats in close collaboration with eCommerce, Marketing, and PR, and you will work on targeted execution across different channels
- You will participate in all phases of the production cycle, i.e., creating scripts, storyboards, and resource allocation
- You will review and optimize community management for our social media channels
- You will design campaign content in coordination with the team, considering CI and CC guidelines
- You will be responsible for video and audio projects: this also includes choosing the file format for the final deliverable, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and audio files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, captioning, adding music/voice notes/SFX, and media management
Requirements
- Experience as a Content Creator or in online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency, particularly in content creation and management
- You enjoy being on camera and like creating new content
- You have already produced content for social media channels, brands, or online shops, or have ideally worked as a Content Creator
- Familiarity with common editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere is not a problem for you
- Knowledge of image editing programs (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, GIMP, etc.) comes easily to you
- You have (initial) experience with professional production equipment such as cameras, lighting, sound design, pre-production/planning, storyboarding, and photography
- Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
- Knowledge of working with content management systems and tools required for content creation
- High creativity and motivation
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
