About the role

  • Lead Marketing Manager driving marketing strategies for influencer products at LIMITD by Wunderproducts GmbH. Managing social media, campaigns, and brand strategies in a growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for the LIMITD marketing team (Social Media + Marketing Project Management) and oversee all cross-brand initiatives
  • Develop an overarching marketing strategy for our brands and ensure Social Media, campaigns, launches, creator integrations, and events work seamlessly together
  • Own the planning, execution and continuous development of content and brand strategies for our brand accounts
  • Coordinate internal teams as well as external partners, service providers and agencies
  • Help shape the strategic direction of our brands — from positioning and audience targeting to the development of creative, cross-platform initiatives
  • Manage budgets and resources for all marketing projects
  • Produce reports, performance analyses and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Media Management, Communications or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Social Media or Campaigning — ideally within the creator economy, a startup, or FMCG environment
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) and a solid understanding of the mechanics of the creator economy
  • Proven experience leading projects or teams
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset
  • High level of commitment and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Strong hands-on mentality and high self-initiative
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Confident user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
