Responsibilities
Take on a wide range of responsibilities.
Establish processes, help build the conference website and social media presence, support other departments, coordinate with different teams, manage administrative tasks, and more.
Support the founders with day-to-day operations, take initiative, and perform tasks as needed to launch and run the conference, including logistics, coordination, and other necessary activities.
Help develop a masterclass product to engage speakers and sponsors in online events.
Requirements
Prior experience in operations, business development, consulting, or a related field.
Excellent English and German, both written and spoken.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
