About the role

  • Junior Operations Manager supporting founders of Longevity Partners GmbH with a focus on operations for the Life Summit conference. Engaging in diverse tasks from process setup to logistics and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Take on a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Establish processes, help build the conference website and social media presence, support other departments, coordinate with different teams, manage administrative tasks, and more.
  • Support the founders with day-to-day operations, take initiative, and perform tasks as needed to launch and run the conference, including logistics, coordination, and other necessary activities.
  • Help develop a masterclass product to engage speakers and sponsors in online events.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations, business development, consulting, or a related field.
  • Excellent English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
