Responsibilities

- Provide telehealth services from a home office

Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Mental Health Counselor (MHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescent and adult populations
- Strong therapeutic skills and experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Must hold a valid US state license for practice.
