About the role
- Software Engineer designing and implementing new features for healthcare data systems using Python and React. Collaborating with data science and security teams to enhance clinical research efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new features with strong rigor regarding data reliability.
- Design scalable systems to handle a growing volume of data.
- Work effectively with uncertainty during experiments with the product team and be able to iterate on your code quickly.
- Maintain and scale existing code, internal tools, and libraries.
- Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Technical expertise with at least 2 years of experience during which you actively contributed to improving the team and delivered solid technical solutions.
- A strong track record in development with Python and React. Experience with PostgreSQL and Ruby is a plus but not required.
- Autonomous on product topics, with the ability to design and challenge specifications.
- Ability to communicate and proactively investigate with the product team to avoid ambiguity.
