About the role

  • Project Manager for Customer Support directing activities at Liebherr Mining Equipment in Newport News, VA. Ensuring project goals are met and leading functional teams through all phases.

Responsibilities

  • plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated projects
  • leads Customer Support functional teams through all project phases
  • manages project changes
  • develops project management plan
  • represents the Customer Support department in product development projects
  • prepares project status reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
  • 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license and passport
  • ability to obtain/maintain regional and site-specific safety certifications
