About the role

Responsibilities
- Define the project based on the requirements previously identified by Product Management
- Verify and monitor project feasibility in terms of performance, quality, deadlines and costs
- Determine necessary resources and estimate required time
- Develop the project plan
- Work closely with the technical lead(s) / Project Owner(s) who are responsible for technical decisions
- Manage the project with an overall view, encourage and organize collaboration between different departments
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide reporting to the decision-makers
- Anticipate risks and critical issues, conduct periodic reviews to validate milestones, check progress, resolve problems, reassess necessary changes, and make or enforce decisions
Requirements
- Fluent English; German is a plus
- Interest in traditional engineering (hydraulics, electrical engineering, digital and technological products, mechanical engineering)
- Minimum 10 years' proven experience in a product development environment, including at least 5 years in a cross-functional role
