About the role

  • Operative purchasing specialist at Liebherr-Aerospace managing supplier workloads and monitoring delivery deadlines. Responsible for order processing, budget agreements, and supplier communications.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed monthly capacity planning of suppliers and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Invoice verification; agreement and approval of order-related additional costs
  • Planning of temporary relocations in coordination with internal departments
  • Processing order and cancellation proposals as well as changes to delivery dates and quantities
  • Checking supplier delivery capability in case of quantity changes
  • Obtaining and evaluating quotations
  • Handling warranty cases and processing repair orders
  • Acting as Purchasing representative for smaller projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a similar qualification
  • Basic knowledge of production processes desirable
  • Professional experience in purchasing
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Careful and structured way of working
  • High quality awareness
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs
