Responsibilities
Detailed monthly capacity planning of suppliers and monitoring of delivery dates
Invoice verification; agreement and approval of order-related additional costs
Planning of temporary relocations in coordination with internal departments
Processing order and cancellation proposals as well as changes to delivery dates and quantities
Checking supplier delivery capability in case of quantity changes
Obtaining and evaluating quotations
Handling warranty cases and processing repair orders
Acting as Purchasing representative for smaller projects
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann) or a similar qualification
Basic knowledge of production processes desirable
Professional experience in purchasing
Good written and spoken English
Careful and structured way of working
High quality awareness
Ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
