About the role

  • Lead Buyer managing procurement logistics for Liebherr in Nenzing. Coordinating supplies, optimizing logistics processes, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, controlling and optimizing inbound logistics within Procurement
  • Coordinate and monitor the timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Close collaboration with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments
  • Analyze and optimize logistics processes and ensure efficient material supply (e.g., intelligent logistics concepts)
  • Support supplier selection and evaluation with respect to logistical requirements
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of logistics projects in Procurement

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably with a focus on logistics or purchasing
  • Several years of professional experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management with a focus on inbound logistics
  • Experience developing material group strategies and procurement market analyses (TCO)
  • Analytical mindset and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good command of German and English
