Responsibilities
- Provide networking, LAN/WAN support and data center management
- Implement and support Cisco LAN/WAN/ wireless networks, VOIP systems, AV Conferencing equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, wiring, or other network and system problems
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT infrastructure
- Work with product vendors to resolve hardware issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
- minimum of 0 years of related network engineering experience, or an Associates degree with a minimum of 2 years of related network engineering experience, or a minimum of 4 years of related network engineering experience in lieu of a degree
- A current CCNP, CCIE Certification, or equivalent is strongly preferred and can be accepted in lieu of degree requirement
