About the role

  • Design, further development and maintenance of the integrated management system (IMS) for the Components division (COT) in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards
  • Ensure a consistent, practical and lean system architecture across all management system elements (process management, document control, risk and opportunity management, KPIs, management review, etc.)
  • Support and advise COT companies in establishing, implementing and maintaining their local IMS systems, including training, method coaching and audit preparation
  • Coordinate all auditing activities within the division (audit planning, auditor management, reporting, action tracking)
  • Plan, conduct and follow up internal system and process audits, and support external certification audits
  • Contribute to standardizing quality and IMS requirements in close coordination with the specialist departments
  • Collaborate with process management to define and implement a division-wide end-to-end process landscape

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in the quality or management systems environment, ideally in an international industrial company
  • Solid knowledge in designing, implementing and maintaining integrated management systems
  • Certified auditor qualification according to ISO 9001:2015, VDA 6.3 or demonstrable experience auditing management systems
  • Auditor qualifications or knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, EN 9100 and IATF 16949 are advantageous
  • Good knowledge of common quality and management methods (FMEA, 8D, APQP, PDCA, risk management, KPI systems) as well as CAQ and document management systems
  • Very good German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communication, moderation and consulting skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
