About the role

  • Technical Contact for EMS Data and Manufacturing Processes at Liebherr-Electronics and Drives GmbH. Managing product and project data throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Technical contact for EMS data and manufacturing processes, including the use of tools to prepare production data (e.g., Valor or comparable DFM/data management or EDA tools)
  • Maintenance and management of product and project data across the entire product lifecycle, including transferring new products into series production
  • Responsibility for configuration and change management, including creation of new assemblies and control of changes
  • Ensuring data quality, consistency and traceability across all systems
  • Supporting failure analyses and optimizing processes using DFM/DFX methods (Design for Manufacturing / Design for Excellence)
  • Coordinating and aligning with internal teams and external partners on data, process information and manufacturing requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification with experience in electronics manufacturing and lifecycle management of electronic products
  • Sound knowledge of electronic assembly production (SMD, THT, device assembly, IPC standards) and confident use of PLM systems; ideally experience with Valor or comparable manufacturing and data management tools
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style with quick comprehension and a hands-on mentality
  • Team-oriented, flexible and reliable, with very good German and English skills
  • High quality awareness and precise working methods when handling product and project data
