About the role

• Domain Architect for Quality Management managing the 'Quality Management' domain at Liebherr. Ensuring business functions through technology in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the "Quality Management" domain in accordance with the Area Consulting CoE Digital Supply Chain and the corporate IT strategy.
• Ensure relevant business processes through the efficient use of applications, interfaces and technologies.
• The "Quality Management" Domain Architect must deeply understand business needs and translate them into scalable, secure and value-driven IT solutions.
• Advise business units through ideation, process optimization and technology scouting.
• Ensure compliance with the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) framework at Liebherr-IT Services GmbH (LIS).
• Analyze and improve the domain's maturity level; identify harmonization opportunities and strategic areas for action.
• Define a target architecture and document it in LeanIX.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, (Business) Informatics, Information Technology, Information Management or a comparable qualification (e.g. in Quality Management).
• Several years of experience in IT strategy & consulting as a (Domain) Architect in an international environment or in a larger mid-sized company, or as a Global Solution Architect in the field of Quality Management.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a technology-agnostic mindset.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen within the domain.
• End-to-end (E2E) cross-functional thinking, mindset and solution development.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Consulting and facilitation skills (including presentation).
• Adaptability and continuous learning to stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Fluent in German and English; any other European language at B2 level is a plus.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.
