About the role

  • Assistant Store Manager driving sales and providing excellent customer service at Lids locations. Supporting store operations and managing team performance within specified guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service
  • Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics
  • Provide consistent appraisal of associate's sales performance
  • Provide feedback on areas of strength and opportunity
  • Adhere to visual guidelines including merchandising and cleanliness
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience
  • Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner
  • Ability to work unsupervised
