About the role
- Projektmanager coordinating the eBook distribution systems at Libri. Ensuring project objectives are met while collaborating with product management and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and coordinate new developments and enhancements of our eBook distribution systems from a functional perspective in collaboration with experts from Digital Product Management and IT as part of an ERP renewal project
- Ensure the project's content, financial and schedule objectives are met and that the project is successfully implemented
- Coordinate and support project teams
- Create project plans, define milestones and identify dependencies
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation measures
- Take responsibility for project reporting and documentation
- Support the Digital Product Management team with data analysis and process management topics
Requirements
- Completed university degree or commercial/business training with above-average performance
- Experience in product and project management and an affinity for digital business models
- Strong analytical skills, structured and independent working style
- Understanding of IT processes and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented approach and ability to drive implementation
- Confident use of MS 365 products, especially Excel; ideally experience with Tableau and BPMN
