Responsibilities
Lead a diverse range of quantitative and qualitative research projects, serving as the primary point of contact
Manage the complete execution of projects that address major business questions for Fortune 500 clients
Execute market research projects, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Oversee junior researchers while ensuring quality of project deliverables
Translate business inquiries into comprehensive market research plans
Design and program research instruments utilizing multiple methodologies
Assure data accuracy and relevance to objectives
Load, test, and proofread research surveys and content
Learn and become an expert user of Fuel Cycle Research Engine platform
Lead and mentor junior market research team members
Execute project coordination and management for multiple projects
Serve as the primary market research point of contact for assigned clients
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality market insights
Analyze data and develop insightful results or “story” that addresses business objectives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 5 years of prior market research experience (preferably with a research vendor company), with a track record of successful research initiatives.
A minimum of 2 years of staff management experience in market research.
A minimum of 3 years of client relationship management experience.
Proficiency in survey design, statistical analysis, and qualitative data interpretation.
Strategic thinker with a passion for market research.
Proficiency in market research tools and statistical software (such as SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics, and/or Alchemer).
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Self-motivated, flexible, and organized.
Capable of working independently and within teams.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
