Responsibilities
Recruit, coordinate, and manage a network of independent sales agents across the national territory.
Ensure comprehensive commercial and product training for the sales agents, and continuously monitor their performance and professional development.
Define ambitious sales objectives and implement effective strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
Coach and support sales agents in complex negotiations and provide guidance throughout the entire sales process.
Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting results directly to the Commercial Director.
Maintain constant communication with the sales network, ensuring a high level of motivation and engagement.
Identify new commercial growth opportunities and potential markets within the area of competence.
Requirements
Consolidated experience as an Area Manager, Team Leader, or Sales Manager in a B2B environment.
Demonstrable track record in managing and developing networks of independent sales agents/agencies.
Excellent leadership, management, and motivational skills for heterogeneous teams.
Autonomy in activity management and strong organizational skills.
