Responsibilities
Assists the Director of Clinical Research with the on-going growth and development of the research culture within the Lexington Health network.
Oversees the daily operations of research nurse/coordinators.
May serve in the role of research nurse/coordinator as needed assisting with the organization and collection of data, documentation and record keeping activities pertaining to clinical research studies being conducted within the network.
Administrative and operational responsibilities include all aspects of clinical compliance and optimizing the work environment to facilitate open communications and professional excellence.
Requirements
Minimum Education: BS in Nursing.
Masters in Healthcare or Business related field preferred.
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Years of experience as a RN and 2 years in supervisory or lead capacity; 2 years of supervisor or lead capacity may be concurrent with 3 year requirement as a RN.
Required Certifications/Licensure: Current RN License to practice in the State of South Carolina; Research Certification through approved research organization within 3 years of date of hire.
Required Training: Experience or familiarity with financial reports, managing revenue, and performance indicators
