Responsibilities
- Define the electronic architecture of new hardware platforms
- Make strategic component selections

- Lead CE / FCC certification processes
- Analyze field returns and implement design corrective actions
- Drive design reviews
- Structure and formalize electronic design best practices
- Provide pragmatic technical leadership within the Hardware team
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in embedded electronic design
- Proven experience with industrialized products under strong EMC constraints
- Strong expertise in high-speed design (DDR, fast interfaces)
- Experience with PoE and embedded power management
- Solid understanding of RF constraints
- Experience with certification and industrialization
- Fully autonomous in hardware architecture
- Able to challenge, decide, and take technical ownership
- Strong focus on robustness, reliability, and product quality
- Pragmatic technical leadership mindset
