Responsibilities
Design and operate the tools and projects that enable our sales and operations teams to work faster, more simply, and at scale.
Structure the CRM with the Sales teams and document best practices and usage.
Scope, select, and deploy an ERP for the installation, maintenance, and logistics teams.
Redesign the end-to-end quote-to-cash process.
Launch an internal program to equip field and support teams with AI tools.
Build a solid foundation of reliable, actionable business dashboards.
Requirements
Degree from a top business or engineering school.
Initial experience in consulting, a startup, or a Business Operations environment.
Strong command of digital tools and a keen interest in technology.
Ability to structure projects, manage multiple parallel workstreams, and drive them to completion.
Skills in SQL/BI, automation, or no-code tools.
Experience deploying or structuring an ERP or CRM.
Experience in supply chain and operations.
Experience leading or contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple internal teams.
