About the role
- Lead Consultant handling data privacy and compliance strategies for diverse clients at Cloud Nine Digital. Overseeing projects and mentoring a team of consultants in compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- De inhoudelijke ontwikkeling van de Data Privacy & Compliance discipline;
- Het bedenken en vormgeven van nieuwe diensten om onze klanten te ondersteunen;
- Adviseren van klanten over privacywetgeving in het digitale landschap;
- Het vormgeven en managen van productontwikkeling voor data privacy en compliance;
- Het beheren van de productroadmap;
- Het optimaliseren van bestaande diensten;
- Het uitdragen van de discipline in de markt door mee te werken aan marketingactiviteiten.
Requirements
- Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding;
- Minstens 5 jaar werkervaring in data privacy/compliance, bij voorkeur bij een agency;
- Je kent de AVG (GDPR) van binnen en buiten en weet hoe deze in de praktijk wordt toegepast;
- Je kan complexe situaties helder maken voor anderen en weet anderen te overtuigen;
- Proactief en oplossingsgericht;
- Leiderschapskwaliteiten;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
